National Sales Manager
Michael Sloan has been the National Sales Manager with Horizons since 2006. He brings more than 30 years of combined retail, wholesale and managerial experience to his position and is responsible for all sales and training programs for Horizons. Assuring that our dealers understand the unique sales opportunities offered by Horizons and that they have access to training and dealer support programs is his top priority.
Production and Operations
Pete Witbeck, Operations Manager, takes our commitment to a high level of service and quality personally. Pete is able to utilize over 20 years of experience in an operations management role to ensure that Horizons strives to have one of the best-run operations in the Window Fashions industry.
Information Technology
Drawing from over 15 years of experience in IT and over 8 years at Horizons, Scott Stuttle, IT Manager, manages everything from workstations and servers to phone systems and time-clocks, along with administering and supporting our ERP system, providing Business Intelligence reporting and overseeing mobile software development. Scott's goal is to move Horizons to the forefront of 21st century technology in an industry that's more "creative" than it is "techie".
Accounting
Dennis Dessilla, Horizons' Controller, does more than just handle the debits and credits. He works with all areas of the company to help ensure that we deliver cost effective products on terms that allows the dealer to successfully grow the business
Customer Service
Glen Roehr, Horizons Customer Service Manager, and the rest of the customer service team always strive to satisfy the customer. Taking orders, answering questions and helping customers are all in a day's work
